The Government of the Republic of Kosovo held today the next meeting in which:
– Appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Central Public Enterprise Kosovo Railways, Train-Kos, Sh.A, in this composition:
• Mr. Jetmir Nuka, chairman,
• Mrs. Vjollca Salihu, member,
• Mrs. Luljeta Lutfiu, member,
• Mr. Ruzhdi Zeqiri, member,
• Mrs. Kimete Fazliu, member and
• Mr. Afrim Bulluti, member.
– Appointed Mrs. Aurora Dinaj, member of the Board of Directors of the Regional Water Company KRU Mitrovica, Sh.A. This decision is an integral part of Government decision No. 09/81 of June 1, 2022.
– Approved the decision for the further consideration of the request of the Municipality of Prizren for expropriation in the public interest of the immovable property of the former Social Enterprise “Liria” Prizren, which is necessary for the realization of the Project “Creation of spaces for traffic mobility and pedestrians”.
– Approved the decision for the further consideration of the request for expropriation in the public interest of the immovable property which is affected by the realization of the Project: Conservation and Restoration of the House in the Memorial Complex “Reçaku Massacre”.
– Allocated €287,000 for shelters and non-governmental organizations licensed to provide social and family services.
– Approved the request for the transfer of unspent funds from 2023 to 2024 of the funds under the “Energy Contingency” program, in the amount of €22,738,482.51 and which can then be allocated within the framework of the first measures that are part of the program agreed between the Government and the European Union.
– Allocated €16,000,000 for the implementation of measures 1 and 4 of the Action Plan for mitigating the immediate socio-economic impact of the energy crisis according to Government Decision No. 29/112 dated 13.12.2023, amended and supplemented by Government Decision No. 03/128 dated 16.02.2023.
– Approved the decision to ask the President of the Republic of Kosovo to grant the Authorization to the Minister of Defense for the signing of the Military Framework Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the Republic of Turkey.
