The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, hosted in his office late last night the Special Envoy of the United Kingdom for the Western Balkans, Lord Stuart Peach, with whom he discussed the latest developments in the north of the country.
Prime Minister Kurti informed him of Kosovo’s actions and attitudes regarding the situation created after the attacks and tensions caused by extreme right-wing groups in the northern municipalities, which left dozens of KFOR members injured.
He emphasized that the actions of the security institutions are aimed at implementing the rule of law, as he expressed his readiness for the next high-level political meetings under the mediation of the European Union.
The Prime Minister thanked the United Kingdom for its continuous support to the Republic of Kosovo.
