The government held an electronic meeting in which it approved:
– The draft law to amend and supplement Law No. 06/L-005 on Real Estate Tax. The purpose of this Law is to ensure progressiveness of the tax rate, tax exemption for the primary residence and agricultural lands, tax amnesties for the tax year 2023 and restrictive rules for the application of tax liability and interest.
– The decision to amend and supplement Government Decision No. 03/111 of December 7, 2022.
– The decision to amend and supplement Government Decision No. 01/23, dated April 8, 2020.
– The decision to approve the National Program for European Integration 2023-2027. The program is the main Strategic document of the Republic of Kosovo for the implementation of the reform for integration in the European Union, oriented towards the adoption of the EU acquis in national legislation and its implementation.
