The first Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialogue of the Republic of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, hosted the head of the Greek Liaison Office in Kosovo, Heleni Vakali.
Initially, Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi offered his most sincere condolences to Ambassador Vakali regarding the tragic railway accident that happened last night in central Greece, saying that we stand by Greece in this difficult moment and sympathize with our Greek friends.
Ms. Vakali particularly appreciated the consolation expressed by the deputy prime minister and that of the institutional leaders in Kosovo.
During the meeting, it was discussed about Kosovo-Greece relations, priorities and common interests, forms of deepening cooperation and intensifying relations between the two countries. For Kosovo, Greece is a partner country, with which it aims to build bridges of cooperation and interaction.
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi also informed Ambassador Vakali about the latest developments regarding the dialogue process and the last meeting held in Brussels.
