The Government of the Republic of Kosovo held an electronic meeting, in which it approved eight decisions.
Seven decisions have been approved with the proposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, for the initiatives to conclude international agreements for the readmission of persons residing without authorization in those countries, as follows:
– The decision on the approval of the initiative for the conclusion of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the United States of America on the readmission of persons residing without authorization.
– The decision on the approval of the initiative for the conclusion of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of Chad on the readmission of persons residing without authorization.
– The decision on the approval of the initiative for the conclusion of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the Republic of Poland on the readmission of persons residing without authorization.
– The decision on the approval of the initiative for the conclusion of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the Republic of Portugal on the readmission of persons residing without authorization.
– The decision on the approval of the initiative for the conclusion of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the State of Libya on the readmission of persons residing without authorization.
– The decision on the approval of the initiative for the conclusion of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the United Kingdom on the readmission of persons residing without authorization.
– The decision on the approval of the initiative for the conclusion of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the Republic of Ivory Coast on the readmission of persons residing without authorization.
Also, the decision on the declaration of special public interest of immovable properties for the implementation of infrastructure projects for public interest, the cadastral areas of Upper Jesenovik and Banje, Zubin Potok, Municipality of Zubin Potok and the cadastral areas of Bistrice and Koshtove, Municipality of Leposaviq was approved.
