The Government of the Republic of Kosovo held an electronic meeting, during which it:
Approved the decision responding to the request from the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo (Ref. No. 1108, dated September 23, 2026) regarding the legislative initiative for "Draft Law No. 11/L-001 on Amending and Supplementing Law No. 05/L-053 on the Specialist Chambers and Specialist Prosecutor's Office," in order to provide an assessment comprising: a legal opinion on compliance with the EU *acquis*; a budgetary impact assessment; and a legal opinion regarding the content of the draft law in question.
