The Government of the Republic of Kosovo held an electronic meeting today, in which it reviewed and approved:
· The Draft Law on Ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, and the International Development Association for the Kosovo Financial Sector Development Project.
· The Draft Laws on Ratification of the Agreements for the Policy-Based Loan Program for the Energy and Climate Sector for Kosovo.
· Draft Law on Ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance and the International Development Association for the Project “Trade and Transport Facilitation in the Western Balkans 2.0.
· List of Common Use Items, which are the Object of the Central Public Procurement Procedure.
· Amendments to Chart 3.2 of Law No. 10/L-001 on Budgetary Allocations of the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo for the year 2026, in order to fulfill the financial and contractual obligations unfulfilled from the previous year for the Ministry of Defense
