Prishtina, 12 August 2026
The Caretaker Government of the Republic of Kosovo held an electronic meeting, at which it:
- Approved the decision to lease parcels for the extraction and use of limestone in the Cërnillë Cadastral Zone, Municipality of Ferizaj, at the request of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, until 18 December 2033.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Central Procurement Agency.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Kosovo Treasury.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior category for the position of Executive Director at the Kosovo Agency for Standardization.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Chief Inspector at the Market Inspectorate.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Industrial Property Agency.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Cyber Security Agency.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Kosovo Environmental Protection Agency.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Agency for Innovation and Support to Enterprises in the Republic of Kosovo.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Anti-Doping Agency.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Sports Agency.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Youth Development Agency.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Cultural Heritage Inspectorate.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the State Archives Agency of Kosovo.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Deputy Director General at the State Archives Agency of Kosovo.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Secretary General at the Ministry of Health.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Justice.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Executive Director at the Free Legal Aid Agency.
- Approved the decision on the appointment of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the position of Director General at the Agency for the Administration of Seized or Confiscated Assets.
- Approved the decision on the further consideration of the request of the Ministry of Industry,
Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation for the expropriation, in the public interest, of the former socially owned properties of the “Mladost” Agricultural-Industrial Combine, which are under the management and administration of the Kosovo Privatization Agency and are affected by the implementation of the project “Construction of the Economic Zone for the Diaspora”, Cadastral Zone of Godanc i Poshtëm, Municipality of Shtime. - Approved the decision on the further consideration of the request for the expropriation, in the public interest, of former socially owned immovable properties necessary for the implementation of the project “Construction of the Administrative Building” for the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Prishtina Cadastral Zone, Municipality of Prishtina.
- Approved the List of potential members of the Admission Committee for the senior management category for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its agencies.
- Approved the decision on the establishment of the National Commission for Refugees.
- Allocated financial resources in the amount of €100,000.00 to support the organization of the “DokuFest” International Documentary and Short Film Festival. This financial support constitutes a direct investment in the international promotion of the Republic of Kosovo, as the festival attracts artists, film industry professionals, media and visitors from different countries every year, while also creating a platform for presenting Kosovo’s creativity, culture and identity to an international audience. Through its international reputation and reach, DokuFest contributes to strengthening Kosovo’s image as a country with a dynamic cultural scene, an open society and significant tourism and creative potential, while also contributing to the country’s public and cultural diplomacy.
