Prishtina, 30 June, 2026
The Acting Government of the Republic of Kosovo held an electronic meeting, in which it:
- Approved the Consolidated Annual Report on the Functioning of the Public Finance Internal Control System in Public Sector Entities for 2025.
- Approved the decision to authorize the Ministry of Finance to take the necessary actions to open a dedicated account, within the Single Treasury Account (STA) under the name “Confiscation Fund”. The dedicated account will serve only for the receipt and recording of revenues from the confiscation of assets by final decision.
