The Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, paid homage on the occasion of Martyrs’ Day in Korisha, Prizren.
In the massacre by the Serbian armed forces in this village, on May 13, 1999, 77 innocent civilians were killed, 14 of whom were children.
Crimes like these, where children and the elderly, men and women, regardless of age or gender, were massacred, are evidence of Serbia’s genocide in Kosovo.
On the Martyrs’ Day of Korisha, Acting Prime Minister Kurti remembered the Albanian civilians from Korisha and the villages of Bllacë, Budakovë, Greikoc, Reshtan, Mushtisht and Maçitevë.
