In London, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, met with the Chairman of the Committee for Foreign Affairs in the Parliament of the United Kingdom, Alicia Kearns.
With Deputy Kearns, Prime Minister Kurti discussed governance, progress in the country and bilateral relations. Special attention was given to the recent developments in the four northern municipalities in Kosovo and the attacks organized by criminal groups there against the Police, KFOR and journalists, as well as the active involvement of Serbia in the tension of the situation up to the kidnapping of three Kosovo policemen in territory of the Republic, for which Serbia should be held responsible, even though they were released today during the day.
He thanked MP Kearns for her support to Kosovo and her vocal positions for the protection and promotion of human rights and democracy throughout Europe.
