The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, at the invitation of the Ambassador of Germany in Kosovo, Jörn Rohde, participated in the ceremony of awarding the military order “Cross of Honor in Gold” of the Federal Armed Forces of Germany to the former Minister of Defense, Armend Mehaj.
In this ceremony that was held at the residence of the German ambassador, Rohde, through this decoration, the work, cooperation, professionalism and commitment of the former minister Mehaj in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo during these 29 months that he held the position of the minister of Defense was highly appreciated once again.
On Tuesday, former minister Mehaj offered his request for release from office for family reasons. In his place, Colonel Ejup Maqedonci has been appointed.
