The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, today welcomed the Head of the Office of the Council of Europe in Kosovo, Mary Ann Hennessey.
In their first meeting, the Prime Minister emphasized the good cooperation with the Office of the Council of Europe in Kosovo and thanked her for the close cooperation in the advancement of democracy, the rule of law and the promotion of human rights. He informed her about the progress during the government in strengthening democracy and the rule of law that has been evaluated by international indices, employment and welfare policies that have benefited all citizens without distinction.
Together they discussed the current projects that the Office of the Council of Europe is implementing in Kosovo and new opportunities for cooperation.
