Officially invited by the state of Vatican, a high ranking state delegation of the Republic of Kosovo will participate in the ceremony of the Beatification of Pope John Paul II.
The delegation of the Republic of Kosovo is led by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Hashim Thaçi, who is accompanied by the Foreign Minister, Mr. Enver Hoxhaj.
The Kosovo Delegation will participate tomorrow in the beatification ceremony of Pope John Paul II.
This is the first state visit of the institutions of Kosovo to Vatican following the declaration of independence.
Vatican has always stood by the people of Kosovo and Pope John Paul II was a great friend of Albanians and of Mother Theresa
