The Government of the Republic of Kosovo held an electronic meeting today, during which it reviewed and approved:
The Draft Law on Energy.
The Draft Law on the Central Inspectorate of Agriculture, Food Safety, Veterinary and Forestry.
The Decision on amendments to Tables 3.1 and 3.2 of the Law on Budget Appropriations of the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo for 2026, with the aim of fulfilling outstanding financial and contractual obligations from the previous year.
The Decision whereby, pursuant to the relevant articles of the Law on Public Financial Management and Accountability, as well as the Law on Budget Appropriations for the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo for 2026, the accounting adjustment of budget expenditures incurred during the period of temporary financing for the first quarter of 2026 is approved, so that they are reflected in accordance with the new organizational structure defined by the Regulation on the Areas of Administrative Responsibility of Ministries.
