The Acting Government of the Republic of Kosovo held an electronic meeting today in which it:
Approved the decision to provide temporary and immediate protection to fifty (50) persons, within the framework of cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the United States of America. The persons subject to this Decision, during their stay in the Republic of Kosovo, will act in accordance with the legislation in force and will enjoy the rights defined by the legislation in force.
Established the Organizing Council for the Burial of Former Prime Minister Bujar Bukoshi, which under the patronage of the Acting Prime Minister assumes responsibility for organizing the funeral ceremony, which includes the commemorative meeting to be held tomorrow, the tributes in the lobby of the Kosovo Assembly and the transfer of the coffin by the Kosovo Security Forces to the Martyrs’ Complex in Velani. Within the framework of this decision, the Bukoshi Family is allocated 10,000 euros;
Approved the decision to request from the President of the Republic of Kosovo the authorization for the signing of the Framework Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Defense between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Defense, and the United States of America, represented by the Department of Defense;
