Prime Minister Kurti welcomed at KFOR Headquarters

Prishtina, 8 December 2025

The Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, was welcomed at the KFOR Headquarters by the KFOR Commander in Kosovo, Major General Özkan Ulutaş, for a working lunch.

They discussed current developments in the country and the region, as well as the security situation. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of cooperation between Kosovo’s security institutions and the NATO mission in Kosovo.

As Major General Özkan Ulutaş is now serving his second term as KFOR Commander, Prime Minister Kurti expressed his willingness and readiness for closer and more fruitful relations with KFOR, in the service of maintaining peace and security throughout the entire territory of the country.
