This evening, at the residence of the U.S. Ambassador to Kosovo, the Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, held a working dinner with Brendan Hanrahan, Senior Official at the U.S. Department of State for European Affairs. The dinner was hosted by the Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Kosovo, Anu Prattipati. Joining Prime Minister Kurti were the Acting Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, and the Acting Minister for Communities and Returns, Nenad Rašić.
Prime Minister Kurti welcomed Mr. Hanrahan to Kosovo and emphasized that the United States of America is an unwavering ally of our country, and that the Republic of Kosovo will always remain a reliable partner. He also expressed his gratitude, as well as that of the people of Kosovo, for the continued and crucial support of the United States of America.
During the dinner, they discussed the bilateral relations between Kosovo and the United States, including in the areas of investment, diplomacy, and defense, as well as the progress of the Republic of Kosovo in its Euro-Atlantic integration. Prime Minister Kurti expressed the Government’s willingness and readiness to further deepen and strengthen bilateral relations.
The meeting also included discussions on current political developments, regional cooperation, and relations with Serbia.
