The meetings in Washington D.C., the Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, together with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Liza Gashi, and the Ambassador of Kosovo to the United States of America, Ilir Dugolli, continued with the US Senator from Michigan, Gary Peters, who is also the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
They discussed regional challenges and the close Kosovo-US partnership. Prime Minister Kurti informed Senator Peters about the development and developments in the country in the economic, democratic and security fields. He thanked him for his continued support for Kosovo and for representing the Albanian community in Michigan.
