The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, in honor of the month of Ramadan, hosted iftar for Mufti Naim Tërnava and other representatives of the Islamic Community of Kosovo.
Prime Minister Kurti was accompanied by the Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, Deputy Speaker Emilija Rexhepi, as well as Ministers Hajrulla Çeku and Blerim Gashani.
Expressing respect for the devotion and self-restraint of those fasting during Ramadan, Prime Minister Kurti wished that their sacrifice would be rewarded, and that solidarity and sensitivity would further strengthen trust and understanding between people.
He thanked Mufti Tërnava and the Islamic Community of Kosovo for their commitment and contribution to society and the country.
The Head of the Islamic Community of Kosovo, Mufti Naim Tërnava, congratulated the Prime Minister on his new mandate, wishing him success and good work for the country. They discussed the continuation and further deepening of cooperation between the Government and the Islamic Community of Kosovo.
