The acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, today received a delegation from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, led by Elder Gerrit W. Gong, a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.
Prime Minister Kurti thanked the members of the delegation for their commitment and interest in Kosovo. He emphasized the importance of the rule of law and equality, highlighting the commitment of the Republic of Kosovo as an inclusive and democratic country.
During the meeting, Mr. Gong informed the Prime Minister about the activity of the Church in Kosovo, emphasizing that it has supported over 175 projects in the country, mainly in the field of education, as well as through other initiatives with a direct impact on the community.
