The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, received today the non-resident ambassador of Ireland to Kosovo, Ragnar Almqvist, on the occasion of St. Patrick’s Day.
Prime Minister Kurti congratulated the ambassador on this holiday and emphasized the good bilateral relations between Kosovo and Ireland. He thanked Ireland for its support for Kosovo, including the decision to lift visas for diplomatic passports, as well as for its support in the European integration processes, especially in the European Union and the Council of Europe.
The meeting discussed the deepening of bilateral relations, the sharing of Ireland’s experiences in engaging with the diaspora, as well as the expansion of cooperation in the field of cultural exchanges between the two countries.
