Prime Minister Kurti Welcomes the President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), Abdullah Eren

The acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, received the President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), Abdullah Eren. The focus of the conversation was the deepening of bilateral cooperation and the development projects that TİKA is supporting in Kosovo and throughout the Western Balkans region.

Both of them evaluated the results so far of the projects in education, health, rural development and agriculture, as well as the preservation of cultural heritage, emphasizing their importance for improving public services and the socio-economic empowerment of local communities.

The Prime Minister stated that Kosovo appreciates the partnership with Turkey and TİKA’s contribution to concrete projects that directly affect the lives of our citizens.

For his part, Abdullah Eren emphasized TİKA’s commitment to continuing and expanding support programs. He expressed the will and readiness to work together with central and municipal institutions for fast, sustainable projects with measurable impact.

It was agreed to create even closer coordination between the teams to identify new priorities, with a focus on investments in educational and health infrastructure, support for small rural enterprises and heritage preservation projects.
