The acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the acting Minister of Finance, Labor and Transfers, Hekuran Murati, visited today the factory for the production of 100% fruit juices “Aronica”, in Prizren, part of the Arti Fruit company.
This factory was founded by Sanije Berisha and her husband, Esat Berisha, immigrants from Switzerland. In addition to producing organic juices, it also produces aronia jam and tea. The products are known as products that strengthen immunity and are in demand not only in the local but also in the foreign market, especially in Switzerland.
During this visit, Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Murati saw up close the work that is done in this factory, the working conditions and were introduced to the production process. They reiterated the government’s commitment to supporting local manufacturing businesses, especially those that are diaspora investments, which in addition to creating jobs, also contribute to the sustainable economic development of the country.
The “Aronica” company is a beneficiary of loan support through the Diaspora Investment Window. With this loan, she has invested in production machinery such as basic product preparation, sterilization, filling, capping, pasteurization, drying, labeling and packaging.
