We will continue to invest in every part of the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, said Prime Minister Thaçi at the inauguration of the new road in Jezerc

In a ceremony including many residents organised in the village of Jezerc to celebrate the finishing of work on the new road, Hashim Thaçi, the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo,
said:
 
“Today we are inaugurating here in Jezerc yet another road in a very beautiful place, a place which is symbolic of national resistance. This place deserves to be modernised, so we are making sure that we are making life easier for the people who live here, both with a new road and a new school. These investments will not stop, they will only increase,” Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi assured the residents.
 
“I am here today to congratulate the residents of this area on this new road, on this new life, a better life and better conditions and a greater level of social wellbeing. We will continue to invest in every part of the territory of the Republic of Kosovo,” the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo promised.
 
The Deputy Minister of Transport and Post and Telecommunications, Adem Grabovci, and the Mayor of the Municipality of Ferizaj, Bajrush Xhemaili, also spoke at the inauguration ceremony for the new road in Jezerc.
 
The new road in Jezerc is 7 kilometres long and cost more than 1 million euros.
 
In this eight month period alone, the Republic of Kosovo government has invested more than 3.5 million euros in road infrastructure.
