After participating in the inauguration of investments in the Primary and Lower Secondary School, “Metush Krasniqi” in Rogana, Kamenica Municipality, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, visited the Technology Park, which was inaugurated today.
The Minister of Regional Development, Fikrim Damka, the Mayor of Kamenica, Kadri Rahimaj and other central and local level officials participated in the inauguration ceremony of the Technology Park.
The Technology Park, which once served as a Youth Center, has been transformed after renovation with an investment of 204 thousand euros from the cooperation between the Municipality of Kamenica and the Ministry of Regional Development.
This project is considered another evidence of the realization of the Government’s commitment to economic development, giving young people the necessary conditions to progress in an increasingly interconnected and digitized world.
Prime Minister Kurit wished success to all the young people who will use this park for their future and the future of Kamenica, and thanked all those who have worked and contributed to the realization of this project.
Now, through this park, young people will have access to advanced training, being equipped with practical and necessary professional skills for the modern labor market. Meanwhile, after the completion of the works in this space, the Municipality of Kamenica has also opened the public auction for the management part of this center, where the winner of this auction has been declared Cactuss Education in Kosovo.
Cactuss Education in coordination with the Municipality of Kamenica will determine the agenda of the official procedures as well as the curriculum that this institution will cover.
