The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, received a
congratulatory telegram from Head of Federal Department of Foreign
Affairs of Switzerland
The congratulatory telegram states:
Dear Prime Minister,
I would like to convey my warmest congratulations to you on your appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo and to express my best wishes for your success in this eminent office.
The large Kosovar diaspora in Switzerland closely links our two countries. Switzerland and Kosovo also share common interests with regard to the stability and the prosperity of the Western Balkans, for which Switzerland is engaged since many years. As you enter your new function, I wish to stress that Switzerland is keen to pursue our countries’ mutually beneficial cooperation.
