Prime Minister of Republic of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, met with the Chairman of the Oversight Board of Civil Service, Shkëmb Manaj, accompanied by members of this council.
During the meeting, they discussed the possibilities of strengthening the civil service, the need to amend relevant legislation, improvement of processes related to restructuring and other aspects related to the reform of civil service in Kosovo.
Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, praised the work and commitment of the Council providing full support of the Government for carrying out constitutional and legal responsibilities.
Prime Minister Mustafa also stressed orientation of the Kosovo Government to reform the civil service and versatile advancement, emphasizing the important role that civil service has in the overall progress being achieved in Kosovo.
In this context, Prime Minister Mustafa emphasized the steps being taken by the Government to eliminate any misuse and irregularity, especially in terms of abuse of office and corruptive acts.
Chairman of the Oversight Board of Civil Service, Shkëmb Manaj, informed Prime Minister Mustafa for the work and commitment of the Council members to contribute to the advancement of the Kosovo civil service.
Looking further for support and cooperation of the Government, Manaj presented the main objectives of the Council.
