During the day today, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, together with the Minister of Defense, Ejup Makedonci, welcomed the President of the Defense Industry Agency of the Republic of Turkey, Haluk Gorgun, accompanied by his team and the ambassador of Turkey in Kosovo , Sabri Tunç Angılı.
Initially, Prime Minister Kurti expressed his gratitude for the cooperation in the field of defense, especially in terms of increasing the capacities of the Kosovo Security Force. He said that the Republic of Kosovo will continue the purchase of military equipment from Turkey, which remains one of Kosovo’s main partners.
The meeting also discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the development of the defense industry, namely the production of ammunition, and the conditions that our country offers to potential investors from Turkey.
