The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, welcomed the Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany, Günter Sautter, who was accompanied to the meeting by the Ambassador of Germany to Kosovo, Jörn Rohde.
The Prime Minister thanked Mr. Sautter for the visit and expressed his gratitude for the diplomatic, military and economic assistance and support of Germany which has been essential for the liberation, independence and building and development of our country.
Discussion was about the results of the Berlin Process, including the six ministerial meetings, and we considered as important achievement the new agreement on Access to Higher Education and the Declaration on the Common Regional Market Action Plan (CRM) 2025–2028.
During the meeting, the strengthening and deepening of bilateral relations between the Republic of Kosovo and Germany, as well as regional cooperation, dialogue in Brussels and Euro-Atlantic integrations were discussed.
The Prime Minister congratulated Mr. Sautter for the new position in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and offered full cooperation in the advancement of the common agenda in the protection and advancement of democracy and fundamental freedoms.
