After visiting the construction sites of the Kijevë – Zahaq road, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister for Minority Affairs and Human Rights, Emilija Rexhepi, continued to the Municipality of Istog, where he saw some of the completed road projects, in Dreja, Dobrushë and Kasichë, the total value of which is over 784 thousand euros.
On this occasion, during this visit, Prime Minister Kurti was welcomed by the Mayor of the Municipality of Istog, Ilir Ferati, and his associates, and together they met and were accompanied by the inhabitants of the Bosnian community of these villages, with whom they talked about everyday life as well as the needs and demands of theirs.
Prime Minister Kurti reconfirmed the Government’s support for non-majority communities and its commitment to the further development of infrastructure in rural areas. Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister Rexhepi expressed her happiness that the promises made by the government for this area are being fulfilled.
During this visit, Prime Minister Kurti was accompanied by the Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Liburn Aliu and the Deputy Minister, Hysen Durmishi, as well as the Deputy Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Mentor Arifaj.
