Our memory goes to the victims, our solidarity with the families who have lost their loved ones, and also our cooperation with democratic governments around the world led by the United States of America, in the war against terrorism.
23 years ago, the 2977 citizens of the United States of America, in the Twin Towers, in the Pentagon, in the four planes and 403 firefighters and policemen, trying to save them, lost their lives, fell heroically and marked a date which today also represents a new era, since then, because terrorism must be fought by everyone, and the cooperation of each state, each government, each actor and factor, each politician and I would say each freedom-loving citizen who wants peace, democracy is needed, human rights, political pluralism and welfare that does not discriminate against anyone.
Among those who were killed 23 years ago were three Albanian compatriots who we also remember, from the Camaj, Dedvukaj and Gjonbalaj families.
