The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, paid tribute today and placed fresh flowers in honor of the martyr Agron Rrahmani, on the anniversary of his heroic fall.
May 1998 was commemorated, when within six days, the armed resistance for the liberation of Kosovo received heavy blows from the loss of Bahri Fazli, Ilir Konushevci and Agron Rrahman. Bahriu was killed on May 7, Iliri on May 9, and Agroni on May 12.
Today, tributes were paid to the 26th anniversary of the death of Agron Rrahmani, who was killed in the Muhaxheri neighborhood in Pristina, on May 12, 1998.
To commemorate Agron Rrahmani, Prime Minister Kurti paid tribute to his grave in the martyrs’ cemetery in Pristina, where the graves of fellow soldiers are next to each other.
Prime Minister Kurti said: Glory to the martyr Agron Rrahmani, who fell for the freedom of Kosovo together with his fellow martyrs, Bahri Fazliu and Ilir Konushevci.
