The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, today paid a condolence visit to the family of Agim Vatovci, the former chairman of the Association of Persons with Limited Abilities in Kosovo and the greatest human rights advocate, who passed away on Sunday, 2June, at the age of 68.
During the condolence visit, Prime Minister Kurti, as he remembered the figure of Mr. Vatovci, emphasized that he was one of the best examples of civic activism and a great advocate of human rights, and expressed his gratitude for all the work and dedication of Agim Vatovci to society and the state of Kosovo.
“With the physical separation from us, our people and our society has been left without an extraordinary activist of social rights and civic progress. Agim Vatovci was the vitality of an unstoppable man. We remember him with respect and sadness,” wrote Prime Minister Kurti in mourning book at the end of the condolence visit.
