Today, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, met with the Director of the Secretariat of the Energy Community, Artur Lorkowski, whom he welcomed accompanied by the first Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialogue, Besnik Bislimi and the Minister of Economy , Artane Rizvanolli.
Welcoming Director Lorkowski and his team to Kosovo during this visit, Prime Minister Kurti expressed his gratitude for the continuous support of the Secretariat to our country, in matters related to energy policies. From the laws on renewable resources to the energy strategy, he thanked them for their contribution in this field.
Considering the successive energy crises caused by the geopolitical situation, Prime Minister Kurti emphasized that we have a long road full of challenges ahead, which with the support of the Secretariat to the Republic of Kosovo, we will overcome together.
The meeting also discussed the continuation of the Energy Community Treaty and the continuation of the agreement between KOSTT and ENTSO-E. The Roadmap on the energy agreement was also discussed. Prime Minister Kurti thanked Director Lorkowski for the fruitful conversation and continuous cooperation.
