Prime Minister Kurti met with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of European Affairs of Montenegro, Jovana Marović

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of European Affairs of the Government of Montenegro, Jovana Marović, both participants in the International Forum for Women, Peace and Security, which is being held this weekend in Prishtina, held a work meeting on the margins of the Forum.

In her first time in Prishtina, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of European Affairs of the Government of Montenegro, Jovana Marović expressed her gratitude for the hospitality, confirming the good neighbourly and bilateral relations between Montenegro and the Republic of Kosovo.

As one of the countries of the region with which we share interests built on common values and orientation and commitment towards full European integration, Prime Minister Kurti said that in addition to supporting each other, we must commit to even deeper cooperation with each other especially in the field of economy and commercial exchange.

The meeting also discussed the new beginning of the Berlin Process and its role in increasing regional cooperation and the importance of aligning the Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro with the democratic world in imposing sanctions on the Russian Federation after the unprovoked and unjustifiable aggression on the state of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people.
