The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, welcomed the representatives of the Olympic Committee of Kosovo.
The Paris 2024 Olympic Games were the topic of discussion held at the Prime Minister’s Office, where the Prime Minister was accompanied by the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrulla Çeku and Deputy Minister Daulina Osmani.
The potential of Kosovo’s athletes has been proven through victories in the most prestigious sports competitions. In cooperation with the Olympic Committee, through the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo will continue to support our young people and their extraordinary sports capacity, as one of the best ambassadors of our country in the world.
Preparations for Paris 2024 are ready, and the state delegation of the Republic of Kosovo will be in Paris from July 25 in support of our participating athletes.
As in every other meeting with the government cabinet and relevant partners, this meeting also discussed the organization of the 2030 Mediterranean Games, the host of which is the Republic of Kosovo. The mobilization for the organization of these Games is high. The will of the Government and its partners is in its full capacity, to organize a major international sports event, for the benefit of the citizens of Kosovo.
