In Berlin, on the eve of the Berlin Process Summit, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, held a bilateral meeting with the Minister of State for Europe, North America and the United Kingdom, Territories Stephen Doughty, together with the Special Envoy of United Kingdom for the Western Balkans, Lord Stuart Peach.
The bilateral relations between Kosovo and the United Kingdom, the various fields of interstate cooperation, with an emphasis on defense, the Euro-Atlantic integration processes of Kosovo and new opportunities for the deepening of bilateral relations were discussed.
Both sides congratulated the Kosovo Security Force for its success in the “Cambrian Patrol” Competition in the United Kingdom, where the KSF team came second, being awarded silver medals among teams from 36 different countries of the world.
On the 10th anniversary of the Berlin Process Summit, the prime minister emphasized that good neighborly relations are key for regional cooperation and integration.
He thanked Minister of State Doughty and Emissary Lord Peach for the important role and continued support of the United Kingdom to our republic.
