The next meeting in Warsaw was held by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, accompanied by the Head of the Kosovo Mission in Poland, Ambassador Drilon Gashi, with the Polish Minister of Justice, Adam Bodnar.
Close cooperation in matters of the rule of law and reform in the justice system, including vetting, were among the main issues that were discussed during the meeting. Prime Minister Kurti emphasized the progress that Kosovo has made in the rule of law and the fight against corruption, which has also been appreciated by international organizations. Recently, the report of the American company Gallup ranked Kosovo among the top 10 countries in the world with the highest value of the global Law and Order Index.
The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude for the hospitality in Poland and thanks for Poland’s contribution to the NATO mission in Kosovo, which continues today.
The opening of the Kosovo Mission in Poland is proof of our commitment to even greater cooperation in areas of common interest.
