In a cordial and farewell meeting, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, thanked Ambassador Weidinger for his cooperation and commitment to the advancement of relations between the Republic of Kosovo and Austria.
Appreciating the excellent relations between the two countries, Prime Minister Kurti thanked Ambassador Widinger for the contribution to the many official and state visits, the increase in economic cooperation, and the support for education, youth and women and for the continuous support for membership in international organizations.
Ambassador Weidinger singled out the excellent relations enjoyed by our two countries, the warmth and hospitality of the people in Kosovo and the numerous human ties between Austria and Kosovo, which he said are long and continuous.
Both recalled the many conversations about various topics beyond politics – about art and culture, music and film.
The meeting also discussed current developments in the country. The Prime Minister wished him success in his next engagements.
