Prime Minister Isa Mustafa received the Head of the IMF mission to Kosovo, Jacques Miniane

Prime Minister of Republic of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, received the Chief of Mission of International Monetary Fund (IMF) for the Republic of Kosovo, Jacques Miniane, who is on a mission to review the implementation of the agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the IMF.

Speaking about economic developments in Kosovo, Prime Minister Mustafa informed on the progress being achieved, positive fiscal performance, financial stability, positive economic indicators, and the performance of other economic processes in the country.

Prime Minister Isa Mustafa also stressed the commitment of the Government of Kosovo during this period to the positive performance of the Kosovo program with the IMF.

Head of the International Monetary Fund mission in Kosovo, Jacques Miniane, appreciated the commitment and the results of the Government in relation to the implementation of the agreement with the IMF.

Miniane also commended the Government of Kosovo is making progress in advancing the public procurement system.

During the meeting, it was discussed about the revenues and costs, in which case it was highly appreciated the performance of the Government in this regard, as well as budget projections of 2016 and other aspects related to economic development, financial stability and fiscal reforms in Kosovo.
