Office of the Prime Minister of Republic of Kosovo, appoints Mr. Rrahim Pacolli the chairman of Kosovo delegation to dialogue with Brussels regarding the green card.
Also, Mr. Rrahim Pacolli is appointed the head of the technical delegation of Kosovo to negotiate with Serbian delegation about the green card, within technical talks that are conducted in Brussels
