The Government of the Republic of Kosovo, led by Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, held a regular 147th meeting in which it adopted decisions in the area of constitutional and legal responsibilities.
The first item that was approved by the Cabinet was the decision to allocate 200,000 Euros to cover the costs of security, maintenance, repair, administration and personnel as well as other emergency needs of the Public Enterprise “Gjakova Airport”.
The Government of Kosovo at today's meeting also approved the decision for the reallocation of funds in the budget of the Ministry of Local Government Administration from the project “Co-financing with IPA for Regional Development” by Code 13134, in accordance with four memoranda of understanding signed by the Ministry of Local Government Administration and Mayors for Capital Projects.
The government cabinet also approved the final decision on expropriation for the public interest of immovable property owners and interest holders affected by the construction of permanent IBM integrated border management facilities, Border Crossing Points, Brnjak, Merdar and Mutivodë, and the preliminary decision to expropriation for the public interest of immovable property affected by the construction of Highway R6 Prishtinë-Han i Elezit, Sector C3.
Also, the request of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, namely the Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo, for compensation of allowances and financial incentive for 2017, received the support of the government cabinet. The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council has applied for compensation and financial incentives for Chief Prosecutor, Prosecutor of the Department of Serious Crimes and Juveniles. The petition is justified by the fact that prosecutors of serious and juvenile crimes deal with cases of specific and sensitive crimes.
