The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, today held the first bilateral meeting between them.
At the beginning of the conversation, Prime Minister Kurti expressed his gratitude to Armenia’s position in the process of our country’s membership in the Council of Europe. He said that the Republic of Kosovo has internalized the values of the Council of Europe and that in addition to this organization, it also aims for membership in NATO.
The Armenian Prime Minister emphasized the importance and symbolism of this first meeting between the two Prime Ministers, expressed interest in economic cooperation and the investment opportunities offered by Kosovo. In this regard, among other things, Prime Minister Kurti singled out the energy sector.
There was mutual interest and readiness for cooperation in the field of culture, film, tourism and education
