The Government of the Republic of Kosovo held an electronic meeting in which it approved the Draft Law for the Ratification of the Treaty between the Republic of Kosovo and the Kingdom of Denmark, for the use of the Correctional Institution in Gjilan for the purpose of executing Danish sentences.
The main issue addressed in this draft law is the ratification of the Treaty between the Republic of Kosovo and the Kingdom of Denmark for the use of the Correctional Institution in Gjilan for the purpose of executing Danish sentences, signed by the Ministers of Justice of both countries, on April 26, 2022 in Pristina and May 16, 2022 in Copenhagen, Denmark
