The Government of the Republic of Kosovo held its regular meeting today, during which it:
Approved the request by the Ministry of Justice for the allocation of budgetary funds in the amount of €200,000 (two hundred thousand euros) for the implementation of the Agreement with United Nations bodies.
Approved the Draft Law on Budget Appropriations for the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo for the year 2027, amounting to 4.27 billion euros.
Approved a decision to allocate financial resources in the amount of €300,000 (three hundred thousand euros) for organizing Kosovo’s participation in the World Economic Forum in Davos, through “Kosova House.”
Approved a decision to allocate financial resources in the amount of €24,000 (twenty-four thousand euros) to the German-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce for the organization of the third (3rd) German-Kosovo Forum, held from October 28 to October 30, 2026.
Approved the Nine-Month Financial Report on the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo for 2026, covering the period from January to September 2026, prepared in accordance with the Law on Public Financial Management and Accountability. This report presents the performance of budget revenues and expenditures. Total receipts for this period reached a value of 2 billion and 832.77 million euros, while total expenditures reached a value of 2 billion and 623.51 million euros.
Approved the Concept Document on Sign Language in the Republic of Kosovo. The purpose of this Concept Document is to address the problems and challenges identified regarding the regulation and use of sign language in the Republic of Kosovo, through the establishment of a clear and sustainable legal framework.
