The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, held a telephone conversation today with the United Kingdom’s Special Envoy for the Western Balkans, Dame Karen Pierce.
On this occasion, Special Envoy Pierce conveyed the congratulations of the United Kingdom Government and Prime Minister Andy Burnham regarding the election of the President and the full operationalization of Kosovo’s institutions. She expressed the United Kingdom’s full and continued support for Kosovo, its democratic progress, and its political and developmental processes.
Prime Minister Kurti thanked Special Envoy Pierce for the congratulations and expressed his readiness to continue cooperation with the British Government toward new strategic partnerships.
