The Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, hosted the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania, Ferit Hoxha.
At the beginning of the meeting, Acting Prime Minister Kurti emphasized that the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Albania enjoy excellent relations as two states of the same nation. In this regard, he added that coordination and joint action are not a choice, but a national duty.
Acting Prime Minister Kurti spoke about the agreements signed between the two countries and the level of their implementation, as well as the Intergovernmental Coordination Secretariat. He also discussed the deepening of cooperation in various sectors such as diplomacy, energy, and railway infrastructure.
Alongside bilateral relations, Acting Prime Minister Kurti emphasized the importance of coordination and joint action in foreign policy and in the Euro-Atlantic integration processes of both countries, as well as in regional cooperation.
