The Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, paid a condolence visit to the Bllaca family following the passing of Professor Nysret Bllaca, a veteran of the education sector.
The late Professor Nysret Bllaca and Professor Hava Bllaca, parents of Ardit Bllaca—who was forcibly disappeared at the age of 18 during the war in Kosovo—are a symbol of strength, patience, and resilience of parents who never ceased to seek justice. Along with Ardit, in April 1999, Professor Nysret Bllaca’s nephew, Alban Bllaca, was also killed.
Prime Minister Kurti extended his most sincere condolences to the Bllaca family and assured them that the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo will continue, with dedication, the search for the truth regarding those forcibly disappeared during the war, until justice is served.
The memory of Professor Nysret Bllaca remains unforgettable. He was a respected figure, who left an indelible mark on the community and made a valuable contribution to the field of education.
