The acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, visited the Jakupi family to offer condolences, on the occasion of the passing of teacher, Osman Jakupi.
Osman Jakupi was a teacher wounded in the war, had lost two sons and was a political prisoner.
Prime Minister Kurti highly praised the figure of Osman Jakupi, for whom he said that he remained strong in Serbian prisons even though he was wounded.
“The memory of him is unforgettable, as is his contribution to education and the nation, indelible,” wrote the Prime Minister in the Book of Mourning.
